Started in Cenicero and we will ride to Torremontalbo, a typical and characteristic village of 15 residents that still hosts one of the best preserved and inhabited castles of La Rioja.

Here we begin the route along dirt roads to San Asensio, then we proceed to Briones, which is famous for its walls, stone houses, and the views of the meandering Ebro river.

The area also hosts the famous wine museum of Vivanco Dynasty.

We will reach San Vicente de la Sonsierra, the most important point of this short route. Crossing the medieval bridge to ascend toward the castle for their revolts and cobbled streets, where every year at Easter run the famous Picaos de San Vicente, celebration of National Interest.

Riding through several of its streets, we leave the city and go along the banks of the Ebro, gazing at the Davalillo Castle on the right.

Crossing Baños de Ebro, Navaridas and Páganos, we will reach Laguardia, another key point of our journey, beautiful walls and car-free village reminiscent of images of older times, enjoying great local food. From here we head to Elciego with its important winery Marqués de Riscal hotel, designed by Frank Gehry. Next town will be again Cenicero where we will fisnish our short route.
