Eroica Japan 2025 – Event Overview and Fees

■Eroica Japan 2025 Sponsor "MERIDA X BASE" offers rental bikes.
If you wish to rent a bike, please make your reservation directly with them. *Please pick up and return the bikes directly at MERIDA X BASE. MAP

*Even if you use a rental bike, you must complete the bicycle inspection checklist and the E-check (bicycle inspection form and bicycle insurance declaration). Riders who have not completed the E-check will be required to undergo an official inspection by a mechanic on the event day (4,400 yen).

■Eroica Japan 2025 does not provide parking spaces. If you are arriving by car, please use nearby hourly parking lots.
The following 24-hour hourly parking lots are available near Eroica Village:
 - Juntendo University Shizuoka Hospital Multi-story Parking Lot ➡ MAP
 - Juntendo University Shizuoka Hospital 2nd Parking Lot ➡ MAP

Please check the website and parking instructions before your visit and use the parking facilities accordingly.*Please note that any issues within the parking lot are the responsibility of the individual.

NOTICE:

•Register and purchase programs via MY EROICA.

•All riders must complete the online E-check (bicycle inspection form and insurance registration submission) and check in at headquarters to receive bib numbers.
Online E-check: Complete by 00:00 on April 8.
Check-in: Complete by 20:00 on April 12.

Important Reminders: 
•No check-in will be available after 20:00 on April 12.
•Riders who have not completed the online E-check will not be allowed to participate.

1. Concorso d’Eleganza (Bicycle Concours): 10:00–14:30 (A special prize will be awarded to the winner.)

2. MAPEI Parade

NOTICE: This parade will take place at Kanogawa Kamishima Park / Kawanoeki Izu-Nagaoka.

Participants should arrive at Kanogawa Kamishima Park / Kawanoeki Izu-Nagaoka by 15:30 from Eroica Village.

・Location: Kanogawa Kamishima Park / Kawanoeki Izu-Nagaoka

・Parade Start Time: 16:00

・Route: RWGPS route (Approx. 2.0 km)

・Eligibility: Open to all bicycles, including E-bikes and disc road bikes.

・Entry Fee: Free

3. CIAO EROICA (Pre-event Dinner): 17:30 (Trattoria Izu Paradiso)

・This dinner will be held at Trattoria Izu Paradiso, approximately 700m from Eroica Village.: route

 Important Information 

• Accommodation

The official accommodations for Eroica Japan are "Sakanaya Stay" (at the Eroica Village) and "Konastay Izu-Nagaoka" (bicycle hotel). Please note that Eroica Japan does not provide booking assistance, so participants are responsible for making their own reservations. For international bookings, Bond Travel will assist with arrangements.

• Accommodation near Eroica Village

Information about hotels near Eroica Village can be found [here]. For bicycle storage or parking availability during the event, please contact the accommodation directly.

• Bicycle parking and storage.

There are no bicycle racks, parking or storage facilities at Eroica Village. Participants are responsible for the storage and security of their bicycles during the event.

• Parking

There is no special parking for Eroica Japan participants. If you are arriving by car, please use the nearby coin-operated parking lots or check with your accommodation for parking availability during the event.

• Bicycle Rental

Eroica Japan does not officially offer bicycle rentals. However, we may be able to assist if needed. Please contact us via email, LINE, or WhatsApp with your desired bike size and number of bikes, and we will investigate and respond accordingly.
