●EROICA JAPAN CLASSIC RIDE

This is the flagship vintage bicycle ride of Eroica Japan, held on November 1.

Please purchase “November 2026 Eroica Classic” on the My Eroica page.

Early Bird: ¥16,500 May 4 to July 31
Standard: ¥18,500 August 1 to October 16

Eligibility: Only bicycles that meet the Bici Eroica criteria may participate. There are no restrictions on nationality, age category, or number of riders.
Bicycles for riders with disabilities, including electric-assisted bicycles, may participate unconditionally.
Even if the bicycle was not manufactured before 1987, it may participate if it uses mechanisms such as down-tube shift levers and toe-clip pedals.

●REYNOLDS RIDE

The REYNOLDS Ride, held on October 31, is open to all bicycles that comply with the Road Traffic Act.

Accommodation and Stay

●Eroica Japan Official Hotel
Isozaki Onsen Hotel New Hakuaki

The official hotel of Eroica Japan is Isozaki Onsen Hotel New Hakuaki. ※Adjacent to Eroica Village

  • Bicycles can be brought into all guest rooms.
  • The hotel can receive and ship bicycles. ※Unpacking, packing and assembly services are available for an additional fee.

★Hotel reservations will open on May 26 through this page👉Isozaki Onsen Hotel New Hakuaki
※Reservations cannot be made through the hotel’s official website or other booking websites.
※The priority reservation period for hotel accommodation has been extended until July 31.

●Free overnight stay in vehicles and camping are available at the Village.

During the event period, ride participants may camp or stay overnight in their vehicles in the designated areas of the Village. Limited cooking and fire use is also permitted.

●For participants wishing to stay overnight in their vehicles

During the event period, ride participants may use the parking area for ride participants inside Eroica Village free of charge. Overnight stay in vehicles is also permitted. The capacity is limited to 100 cars, and reservations or holds are not available.
If the Village parking area is full
Please use nearby paid parking facilities. Please note that if unauthorized parking is found at nearby facilities related to Isozaki Shrine or Hotel New Hakuaki, a penalty of 33,000 yen per day may be charged.

●For participants wishing to use the camping area

Ride participants may use the camping area(approx. 16㎡ per space). The number of camping spaces is limited to 20 tents. If you wish to use the camping area, the group representative must notify the organizer via Official LINE or Official WhatsApp at least 7 days before the stay date.

▪Overview of camping / overnight stay in vehicles at Eroica Village

  • Parking capacity for ride participants: up to 100 passenger cars
  • Camping spaces(3㎡): up to 20 tents
  • Available period: from 08:00 on October 30, 2026 to 20:00 on November 2, 2026

▪Important notes for overnight stay in vehicles and camping

  • If you wish to use fire at the venue, please appoint one person responsible for fire safety and notify the organizer via Official LINE or Official WhatsApp.
  • Open fires are not permitted.
  • Please dispose of charcoal, ash and waste safely, and restore the area to its original condition.
  • Please refrain from prolonged engine idling.
  • Please be considerate and prevent noise, including late-night or early-morning conversations, car door noises, and music.
  • If you use a generator or any other device that produces noise, please notify the organizer via Official LINE or Official WhatsApp.

●Briefing

Before the start of each route, a briefing will be held to explain dangerous points, important notices and other matters.
The briefing times are listed in the schedule above. The briefing venue is planned to be near the Headquarters inside Hotel New Hakuaki.
※The briefing time and venue may change. In such cases, we will announce the change via Official LINE and Official WhatsApp.

●Refresh yourself after Eroica Japan in a scenic Onsen - hot spring.

On November 1, Eroica Japan participants may use the Onsen at the event Headquarters, “Hotel New Hakuaki,” free of charge after finishing the ride.
※If you wish, you may leave your change of clothes and bathing items at the event Headquarters before the ride.
※While bathing, you may leave your bicycle at the event Headquarters.
※Towels and other bathing items can also be purchased at the hotel.
※Many riders are expected to use the facility. Please cooperate and share the space so that everyone can enjoy it comfortably.
※On October 31, REYNOLDS RIDE participants may also use the Onsen after the ride(paid / 13:00〜20:00).

●After finishing the Eroica Japan ride, enjoy curry rice, tonjiru, and a free BBQ party.

From around 15:00 on November 1, NPO Hakuaki(children’s cafeteria) and the Hitachinaka City neighborhood association are scheduled to provide curry rice and tonjiru free of charge to all riders, related staff, and volunteers. A free BBQ party is also scheduled. Details will be announced on this page.

CIAO EROICA(Eroica Japan Eve Party)

CIAO EROICA, the eve party of Eroica Japan, will be held from 17:00 on October 31 at the banquet hall of the official hotel, Hotel New Hakuaki.

●CIAO EROICA Special Program: “Yansa Daiko” from Hitachinaka City

A special performance of “Yansa Daiko”, a local performing art passed down in Hitachinaka City, will be held during CIAO EROICA.
Please enjoy the powerful performance that will inspire the Eroica riders.

●CIAO EROICA Special Program: EROICA JAPAN Charity Auction

During CIAO EROICA, Eroica Japan will hold a charity auction to support the children’s cafeteria, which will also help provide the curry service at this event. Any bicycle-related items may be submitted, including complete bicycles, bicycle parts, and cycling-related goods, with no limit on the number of items. Riders who plan to part with their bicycles after the ride are also welcome to use this opportunity. All participants who submit items will receive a special Eroica Japan T-shirt. If you have unwanted bicycle parts, please hand them to the staff at check-in. Any CIAO EROICA participant may submit items for the auction.

※Proceeds will be donated to NPO Hakuaki(children’s cafeteria).
※Items that receive no bids will be treated as donations to Eroica Japan.
※Items that are severely damaged, heavily soiled, or judged to be waste may not be accepted.

●How to Participate

Please register for CIAO EROICA through Eroica Japan Ride on My Eroica.
If you do not have a My Eroica account, you will be able to apply through the CIAO EROICA application page scheduled to be posted on this page.

  • Cancellations are not accepted.
  • Applications are scheduled to close around Aug 1st.
  • Guests and invitees are also required to apply.
  • Same-day applications are not accepted.

●Check-in(Bib Collection)

Participants must collect their race kit at the Eroica Village Headquarters.
Check-in will take place at the Headquarters inside Isozaki Onsen Hotel New Hakuaki, located next to Eroica Village.

Check-in is expected to be crowded. Please check in as early as possible after arriving at the venue.

●Check-in Flow

★For participants who have completed Online Check-in “E-check”.
On the event day, you can collect your bib(race kit)at the Headquarters by presenting your identification document.
Please attach the bibs(for jersey / bicycle)securely in visible positions.

★For participants who have not completed Online Check-in “E-check”.
In addition to presenting your identification document at the Headquarters, you must also present the official bike inspection sheet and proof of bicycle insurance.

  • Official bike inspection sheet
    This is the official bike inspection sheet that can be printed from the E-check page. If you do not have an inspection sheet, the official mechanic at the venue will inspect the actual bicycle and issue the sheet. The inspection fee is 4,400 yen.(Consumable parts are not included.)During the event period, inspections by anyone other than the official mechanic at the venue will not be accepted.
  • Proof of bicycle insurance
    At check-in, please present proof of valid bicycle insurance in Japan or equivalent personal liability insurance to the staff. If you cannot present proof of bicycle insurance, you will not be able to check in. Bicycle insurance will not be sold at the venue.

◆Important Note◆
The Headquarters assumes no responsibility if a rider is late for the ride due to the time required for check-in. The Headquarters reception is expected to be very crowded during the event period. Please avoid same-day check-in whenever possible and be sure to use the online E-check.

●Route Change

Only if you notify the Headquarters before the start of the ride due to poor physical condition or other unavoidable circumstances, you may change to a shorter route. However, changing the ride date or changing to a longer route is not permitted.
Examples:

  • Changing from REYNOLDS 150 to REYNOLDS 100 is permitted.
  • Changing from KAKUSAN 50 to SUKESAN 100 is not permitted.
  • Changing from REYNOLDS Ride to Eroica Classic Ride is not permitted.

◆Important Note◆
If you change your route, disadvantages may occur, such as not receiving meals, finisher awards, or other distributed items. The organizer assumes no responsibility for such disadvantages. If you wish to change your route, please notify us only after accepting the above conditions.
