Details of our NOVA race route below:

NOVA Route  -  170km  -  Saturday 22 April

This is our race for modern gravel bikes. For 2023 we are re-introducing our timed Strava segment enduro format. Race the segments, and in between take in the views. Complete the 170km route with a boerewors roll along the way. Start time 05:15 from De Bos. 

All food and drinks are included along the route - no cash needed. However, please make sure you carry enough water. 

** All riders must check in at the finishing point at De Bos to collect their 2023 finishers badge. Prize giving will take place at our dinner market at De Bos. **

A NOTE ON WHAT BIKES ARE ALLOWED AT NOVA EROICA SOUTH AFRICA: 

Only gravel bikes with drop handlebars will be allowed on the route. No suspension forks will be allowed. 

NO MOUNTAIN BIKES or MODERN CARBON / ALUMINIUM ROAD BIKES ALLOWED.
