The beauty of fatigue and the thrill of conquest

We are fast approaching the first weekend in October, the weekend of L’Eroica, Gaiole in Chianti.

Finally, after two years, we find ourselves experiencing the sensations that the event always guarantees. When we saluted each other in October 2019, we could not have imagined that we were facing into one of the darkest and most complicated periods of our lives. Two years have passed, we are slowly coming out the other side, but we still need to persevere and be careful. During the current phase, we must continue to respect the rules and make slight adjustments to our behaviour, which will be repaid by the amazing experiences that L’Eroica will offer. L’Eroica is much more than a cycling race. It is a “mobile festival” that peacefully invades the town of Gaiole, embracing the territory that reaches from the Chianti to the Val d’Orcia. This continuous osmosis between participants, inhabitants and the territory will mean that all participants must have a GREEN PASS or a 48 Hours swab , as provided for by the Italian and European rules. It is a simple way to experience the event in complete safety, in respect of other participants and of the local communities. L’Eroica will be a party and we look forward to welcoming you to this special edition, which will be even more special because it has been so long awaited.

GREEN PASS or a 48 Hours swab and Masks are necessary for:
