NOVA Eroica Family
"A child on a bicycle is a symbol of hope for the future. NOVA Eroica Family gathers a large group of young cyclists with their parents and some grandparents on the white roads around Piana. Because the bicycle has the power to make everyone feel like a child again."
NOVA Eroica Family is a special event designed for families: a cycling excursion on white roads that allows even the youngest to experience their own Eroica adventure. It's the perfect occasion to spend a day outdoors, immersed in nature, riding safely and having fun.
The Routes
Participants can choose between two picturesque routes:
- Route of the “Valle dell’Ombrone” - 16 km
- Route of the “Castles of Buonconvento” - 25 km
What the Event Includes
Regardless of the chosen route, each participant will receive:
- Race Pack: gifts and souvenirs from the event.
- Race Number: a bib to attach to your jersey.
- Road Book: to stamp at control points along the route.
- Snack: a refreshing snack along the way.
- Finish Line Prize: to celebrate the end of the ride.
- Pasta Party: a delicious final meal for all participants.
Types of Bicycles Allowed
NOVA Eroica Family welcomes various types of bicycles, including:
- Road bikes
- Cyclocross bikes
- Gravel bikes
- Leisure hybrid bikes with carbon, steel, titanium, or aluminum frames
MTBs are not allowed, except for participants under 18 years old. E-bikes are welcome.
