Andrea Meneghelli Cup: Young Talents on the White Roads

Ahead of the IX edition of Eroica Montalcino, a special event sets the tone for the heroic atmosphere along the iconic white roads of the Val d’Orcia: the Andrea Meneghelli Cup returns. Now in its fourth edition, this international juniors race has become one of the most anticipated classics on the youth cycling calendar.

The race is a unique opportunity to see the best Italian and international Under-19 riders in action on a route that blends technique, endurance, and passion.

An epic route between Siena and Montalcino

The race unfolds between Siena and Montalcino, crossing some of the most spectacular stretches of the white roads made famous by L’Eroica. A true challenge that will test the mettle of young cycling talents, set against a breathtaking backdrop of rolling hills, ancient villages, and roads that tell the story of the sport.

• 9:00 AM – Start of “La Pedalata della Legalità”
• 10:00 AM – Opening of the Pasta Party for athletes and staff
• 12:00 PM – Team presentation and sign-on
• 12:00–1:00 PM – Arrival of the Ciclo Tour and “La Pedalata della Legalità”
• 1:15 PM – Riders called to the start line
• 1:30 PM – Official roll-out of the Eroica Juniores Siena–Montalcino
